Byoi is in public beta. The order is pragmatic: make the individual workflow solid, keep content in Git as the source of truth, and evolve toward collaboration and new providers driven by real usage.

Consolidate the beta: onboarding, GitHub connection, project creation, card capture, decision logging, and prompt generation with real context, all stable for daily use.
